By using TurboTan ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
TurboTan is an entertainment and photo-styling app that lets you preview tanning-style effects on your photos, explore playful session ideas, and see general third-party UV index readings for your area when you allow location. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical analysis, diagnosis, or treatment.
TurboTan is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about your health or before you make medical decisions, including decisions about sun exposure or skin care.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You can upload photos and preview all tan effects and presets for free. A subscription is required to save or share edited photos.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the app.
The app, its design, code, and branding are owned by TurboTan. You retain full ownership of any photos you edit using the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tan preview effects are simulated and do not represent actual tanning results. Any routines, timers, SPF numbers, or UV-related text are general suggestions for in-app planning only and are not individualized medical or sun-safety instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboTan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
